    Description

    New take off Shimano Alivio front derailleur FD M-4020. Derailleur is designed for a 2 x 9 drivetrain. Max chainring tooth difference is 14t. Derailleur is designed for frame with a 64-69 degree chainstay angle (the majority of 27.5 or 29" MTBs). Derailleur mounts directly to frame via 6 mm bolt, frame must have flat machined mounting area on seat tube. For fat bikes derailleur is mounted to band clamp with adapter (not included). Derailleur is toggle style meaning that it is a side swinging linkage producing translation of cage and cable housing is routed right into body of derailleur.
