1997 USA Schecter Custom Shop 5 string bass w/ OHSC

Greetings, you are bidding on a USED 1997 Schecter USA Custom Shop 5 String Bass. This is a great bass, it's been well played but in great condition for its age. The neck is straight and solid as a rock. Action is really low, buzzy up around the 15-17th frets but action can be raised to your specs. Has Bartolini passive pickups which sound great. Has a toggle switch on it that I have no idea what it is there for, was there when I got it. I'm not the original owner. The body is in good shape outside of a blemish near the volume knobs. There was a sticker there for a while and when it was removed the paint underneath is the original color while the rest of the body has "eggshell'd " in color over the past 24 years. Happens with white guitars. Has the OHSC from Schecter. These basses are pretty pricey new, anything from the USA custom shop is, this one is A LOT cheaper than any out there. The starting bid is priced to move. I "thought" I was getting a Bass gig only to find out it turned into a guitar gig. Selling to fund another purchase. I would recommend this bass for a working/ gigging musician, collectors may want something a bit more pristine, this one has bee played. No cracks anywhere, very solid condition. Since I am not a store and this is a used bass, it is being sold as is, no returns. Will ship to the lower 48 states only. Since this is an "oversized" instrument, shipping rates are a bit more than a guitar. Will pack this bass EXTRA WELL!!! My 17 year, 100% rating reflects the care I take to ship my stuff!
