    Description

    Up for auction is a very rare ignition switch used on early Chevrolets & multiple other cars. The patent dates are May.12.1903 & Nov.14.1905. All the switches work, it has a battery switch, a magneto, and an off switch. There are two designs on these switches, one of them has a large cylinder coming off the back thats breaker switch that turns off the ignition if it’s left on accidentally, this version does not have that. The appearance in the dashboard is identical. Over the top screw over the word automatic there’s a part number stamped reading 13886. 1914/1915/1916 Chevrolet Connecticut Ignition Switch. Condition is "Used".
